She is a founding member of FEAS (The Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges) – an internationally recognized financial organization. They focus on building capital markets and equipping regional governments with alternative forms of financing to boost their economies. (www.feas.org)
After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, she implemented interim IASB financial accounting systems for the Central Bank of Kyrgyzstan. This system enabled a $10M short-term lending program that facilitated the development of SMEs in the country.
She was also hand-selected to be a financial team leader on the Crocker acquisition team for Wells Fargo Bank (the largest bank merger in the US at that time), where she was in charge of the:
Her excellence in the field was also shown when she served as an International Marketing Director for a major Turkish Brokerage. Rosalind participated in the Executive Committee of the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE) to promote the exchange via roadshows in New York, Tokyo, London, and Paris.
To give back to the community, she established an NGO to support humanitarian/non-military relief efforts for the victims of the 1999 earthquake in partnership with international organizations and volunteers in Turkey, Israel, the UK, and the US.
